fist of all the windows that you have installed depend on your processor that the central processing unit? the 64-bit processor is much better because it can process maximum information campared to 32bit version. to understand the differnce between the two, you have to understand the binary digit, so I explain to you about Digit. what is our binary digit is the denote form 0 and 1. with the help of binary digit we solve 32bit. 2^32 will come to solve 4,294,967,296 this means 4 billion gigabytes. and in the same way we slove 64-bit. 2^64 will come to solve 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 this means 18 billion gigabytes. In both of them you can see different 64-bit processing can process. you can not install 64-bit processor verson inside 32-bit processor windows. there is a differnce and if you are using 32-bit version then you can not use more then 4GB Ram. this is a limit of 32-bit processor inside. if you increase the size of the Ram, then you can use 4gb.
And in the same way you can use as much as 16GB or as much as your motherboard supports within 64-bit processor this advantage can only be found inside 64-bit processors.
